This morning I had my coworker pick up an iced venti hazelnut shaken expresso for me. The drink was not modified to light ice or extra ice, the drink was made regular in venti. When I received the drink it was not filled all the way. I asked her if it spilled on her way here. She said the barista stated that she put the right portions and it came out that way.

I'd like to give a shout out to Crystal, Megan, Erin, Asher and the whole crew. By far this is the best Starbucks I have been to . Each staff member brings forth a passion I have never seen. Crystal set the tone off right away my first time being there. Then Megan added extra flavor that same day. Erin made suggestions to my regular drink and I have had her suggestion since. They really care about the service and the atmosphere. They remember my name and my orders. I'm not reviewing as a person that has come for years. Literally the second time I came back they recognized me and my order. Starbucks needs to up a raise to each staff in this location. Maria was amazing and has remarkable guest service skills! She is an asset to your company and a true gem! People will return to this location and will do so because she works there!! I know this bc I will only come to this location in the future! I frequently visit your coffee chain and although its never been a poor one, this experience far exceeded the rest. She was patient when I held her drive thru line up and even gave our 2 rescue pups a treat of their own. Hold onto her bc I would hire her in a second!!! Great Job Maria!! Your smile and personality made our day brighter! God Bless!
I stop by for breakfast, drive-thru staff was very friendly and efficient! I decided to try the new Oleato Caffe Latte and I was pleasantly surprised with this velvety, buttery latte!

I LOVE coffee. I bet you thought I was going to say Starbucks! Starbucks has some good coffee, especially the carmel ones! This location gave me lots of carmel! And the staff was so sweet! I just wish they were paid better. The food is pretty yummy, too!Wheelchair accessibility: It's set up for various disabilities.

Worst Starbucks I've ever been too, especially in the morning. Talks way to much and makes you wait at speaker forever to even drive. Literally makes you wait so long just so they can mess up your order, and when you complain about it makes it your fault when it's theirs. Literally needs a new manager, Megans always so disrespectful & ignorant. Like I can't with this location.

I’ve been coming here for years and the customer service has gone down hill. The lady today who worked on 7 Jan 2024 (Sunday) has a bad attitude and horrible customer service. My aunt went to pick up our order and waited almost 39 minutes denying they had received our order saying wrong location. We took screenshots and showed our receipt and said she can’t accept screenshots. Worst service I have ever received. I will never recommend this location again to anyone.

Thanks for closing EARLYWhen your sign is LIT, the drive-thru menu board is still LIT, AND it's BEFORE the Posted Closing Time on your door (and website)... then maybe you shouldn't refuse customers.Thank goodness other franchise owners are open and want paying customers!
