My advice - make sure you check your order carefully before you leave. Last three times that I have been there over the past three months, we did not get all the food that we ordered or paid for. Today we were shorted two bean burritos and two soft supreme tacos. We were already at home when we discovered the shortage. When I tried to call, they would not answer phone.

I came here around 2pm on Tuesday Feb 20, 2024. Like most people I am more motivated to leave complaints rather than praise. But in my 47 years I have never had such a perfect burrito and taco. Every bite was as good from the first to the last. Perfectly distributed. I don't know who is doing this but they deserve raises and should train the entire chain on how they do it, because this is how it should be. Thank you everyone here for making my day a bit better. ?

Forgot my wallet, and the 2 people at the drive through didnt want anything to do with me sending money through cashapp or writing a check. They looked disgusted with me. My daughter cried because she didn't get her rice. It's fine, I made homemade rice which is better anyway. Just broke my heart that some people like those two really couldn't care less about others.

A Caucasian Lady named Meagan with make up over charged me on a chalupa box because I was forced to get steak products due to not having any beef, and when telling her about this issue, she gave me a very nasty attitude she did not care at all and told me either I pay the extra price or I don’t, she was unprofessional and has a very nasty attitude towards people, I proceeded to the Pilot to talk with management about this but was told management is not working, I have filed a complaint with corporate on this matter and am going to receive the difference on the over charged, she does not need to be in customer service at allI was there on 12/29/23 at 22:05 PM

Based on experience on Dec 26.No nacho cheese, rice, or tortillas for "burritos" available. I asked if they could just substitute the missing ingredients for something else, like beans and regular shredded cheese. They said nooooo.So, basically..if fast food workers want a raise for "feeding America ", then they should earn that wage instead of selling a product at regular price despite that product missing 2 of 3 ingredients and not doubling on the 3rd ingredient.Why would i agree to pay for that?? I feel like, if you're trying to sell an advertised product that looks 100% yet you want me to pay 100% for 50% of product..hell no. Just wait for 2024 when fast food workers want 20 bucks a hour and the prices of items rise. No thanks.At this point, start a new year resolution to stop eating fast food.

We ordered fries and chalupa. Fries were cold and when we complained about it, the guy at the counter named Daniel responded rudely nd told us thats the way the serve it. We regularly order at taco bell and i can assure u thats not the way they serve it. Worst customer service.

I was ordering with a crying baby, and David went above and beyond to help me out--with a smile the whole time! Dude, I don't know what they are paying you, but whatever it is does not cover your kindness, efficiency, and helpfulness. Tell your manager that you deserve a raise.

The one in Schulenburg is part of PILOT TRUCKSTOP. Good food for a fast food place. Plus , you can look around at other stuff like novelties. They also have a wide selection of truck things(radios, equipment for vehicles, shirts, caps, etc. )
