“I went in to pickup lunch to take to my grandkids at school. It was 10:35 and I was afraid I would have to wait before I could order lunch and that was going to make me late getting to my grandkids school. To my surprise they let me order lunch, they gave me a drink carrier without me having to ask! Packed all the lunches in a large bag with handles and added extra napkins. “I had a great experience with the young lady in the shop this morning. There was a grown infant ahead of me. He kept loudly pronouncing words like he was just learning the words. It was rude because he was talking to a grown woman who had given nothing but respect. Even when he had a tantrum, she was able to calm him by letting him use his words. He left no tip. I know it's Subway but if your gonna want to tell an employee who's been trained by the corporation how to do their job, you could leave a little something when they calmly go thru your training program.“

“I drive from the clear lake area to come to this location because this location is a good example of what Jack should be! The two in my area are terrible, but for the last couple months comming here has been great. The food is always fresh, cooked to order and cooked well. The staff is friendly. And this location is right by the water, so you can go park nearby and look out at the gulf. Thank you to the staff at this one, when I get a craving for a jumbo jack and some tacos you all come through for me, and I will keep driving here because of that!“
