I drive from the clear lake area to come to this location because this location is a good example of what Jack should be! The two in my area are terrible, but for the last couple months comming here has been great. The food is always fresh, cooked to order and cooked well. The staff is friendly. And this location is right by the water, so you can go park nearby and look out at the gulf. Thank you to the staff at this one, when I get a craving for a jumbo jack and some tacos you all come through for me, and I will keep driving here because of that!

I'm not typically a complainer but this is consistently the worst Jack in the Box I've ever been to. Cashier who took my order was obviously sick with a cough and a cold and was coughing everywhere and wiping his nose with his bare hands and then handling the food. I'm sorry but I got to tell it like it is.

This is the most run down Jack in the Box, but it is open late and the food is great!
Filthy! Hair in my food and got a refund. Floors are so greasy we had to slide to the counter. We were the only customers and Employee sitting in the customer area on his phone and almost all tables are filthy. Stay away from this disgusting place.

Food is good , but the service can definitely be improved. The last time we came here, Friday around 1:30am, there was absolutely nobody in sight. There was one car in the parking lot and all the lights were on. We spoke into the drive thru speaker, honked and knocked at the window but nobody came to help. If the place decides to close early, it should not be advertised as 24 hours!
