Recently stopped to order for dine in. One Elder man was ar kiosk studying the menu. Employee greets me at register and asks how she could help. I told her i wanted a #2a for dine in. Sfhe told me to use the kiosk. I asked if her register was not working,to which she replied, it works,but we are required to direct you to the kiosk. At that point i turned back to the elder man stairing dumbfounded at the kiosk. She tells me,,,let me show you how it works. We went and i watched her ponck and fumble for a bit until the order was completed. She walked away in the direction of kitchen when i stopped her and said you may want to assist the man that has been staring at that kiosk since i walked in the door. Greed has consumed McDonald's, at least at this location. BTW...Mgr that took my order today,confirmed the order did come from corporate to push people to the kiosks. Im 71 and honistly blind in one eye and dont understand some of the prompts at these kiosks. Maybe the answer is for me to eat 3 meals a day at McDonald's using the kiosk unit i figured it out!

They are incapable of giving you what you order in the drive-thru. I didn’t even order anything special, just a 10 piece nugget meal. I was given a burger (after being moved forward from the window of course). After waiting forever, a manager then came and asked me what I ordered again. After another 5 minutes I was given my food but no sauce and apparently they haven’t been taught how to fill containers…. The picture shows my “large” fries. This was my third time going to this location and it’s never right. I won’t be going back.

Facility was locked during business hours. It was 4:08pm on a Saturday. There were workers inside. Not sure why the doors were locked.
Not sure what game they play here but i ordered food for my family. She repeated it exactly how i ordered it . Once over the speaker and again when i was about to pay. Then when i pay she hands me a receipt with our order but without the details we asked for and she repeated. She added things to the order and made all the burgers plain? Just confused why go through the effort of remembering my entire order just to make me change it back after paying and holding up the line. Wasting everyones time.

I've never had this problem at a McDonald's. They put they put the cheese of the hot and spice on the outer part of the bun. It's so comical it seems like a joke.
