“did an "online only order" to get the advertised price for the food (B.S... at best). You "order ahead" and give them a "pickup time", so it's not that they should not have it ready for you, especially due to the inconvenience of that blasted On-Line stuff. I had to wait an additional 15minutes past my pick up time, and I showed up 5 minutes early ; thus I sat there for 20 minutes and they did not appear that busy. Maybe the Management is understaffing ?“

“I've been many times but as a diabetic it's not very often. The food is always delicious and the people there very friendly. If language is a little bit of a barrier, have patience the ladies will work to get you exactly what you want. Their customer service is great! Their ice cream is absolutely one of the best in the area, They actually own an ice cream manufacturing place in Dallas and supply a lot of mobile ice cream guys and fruiterias around Dallas. My Grandparents moved here in the 1950s and lived within 100 feet of this store. My Mom grew up going to this store. It's been vacant for a very long time. I am thankful that Victor and his family invested there heart, time and money into this location to bring some life back into the old Fireside Grocery Store. Encanto is beautiful inside and out. I have been greeted with a warm welcome every time I have been there. Since Reyes Restaurant shut down several years ago i have been looking for a new Grove favorite. I finally found it. This is my new go to for tacos, ice cream and more. I pray that God blesses your endeavors!!“

“I was first introduced to Crumbl cookie by a dear friend in the state of Washington and fell in love with the pink cookie. I haven’t seen the pink cookie on the menu since visiting this store for months, however I do see it is available for catering. Please add this pink cookie back to your weekly menu more often. Inflation hit them just like every other place, but they're by far the highest quality for your money among small-desert places in Mesquite.I usually get the red velvet and chocolate cupcakes.We showed up on Christmas eve with a large bill and the cashier used his own personal money to give us change. “It was really busy and the ladies were working quickly to get everyone taken care of. I appreciate their kind and homey customer service. The fruit is always fresh and super tasty. I got a plain chocobanana and a small fruit plate of jicama, cucumbers and pineapple. I got my fruit with lime juice and lots of Valentina salsa and a sprinkle of Tajin chili powder.“
