Always dirty, Wants to charge me extra originally just to put my Buffalo sauce on the side Of my wings. When no other location does this. Now this week I call and they won't even put my Buffalo sauce on the side. Siegelville location is a horrible Little Caesars I will never return again. It was convenient because I live in Crandall I work in Dallas so I would grab it on my way home. This is such a bad location I am now driving to Kaufman to get my Little Caesars. Coffin is a wonderful Little Caesars that is always clean very customer friendly. Sigaville location is absolutely horrendous.

This location doesn't have a drive thru. The veggie pizza had a scarce amount of toppings. I bought extra toppings and they were ample.Vegetarian options: Not many options for veggies

The manager need to replace who ever is answering the phone she keep telling me to wait I call 4 times first call she click on me secon I wait 10 min seconds 25 and the 3rd one I click I got tire of waiting today date 3-15-24 2:57 in standing inside the store and when I arrived it was not buddy I see many employees but I don’t understand why she take way to long to answer

• 2024-02-07The pizza was great! It came hot and fresh. I had one problem with it all! I said hand to me on the order and ring the bell twice. I want to give the driver a cash tip as well as the 10% I added to the bill. He/she placed my pizzas on the ground. Didn't even ring my doorbell. I guess they thought the 10% was all they were getting. SMH!!! I know how much tips mean to service providers, and I started out one myself. When I have cash, I tip 10% and give the service providers $20. It's better than the 18% on the app. SMH!!! Well, I guess the next driver will get your $20. FC

This location needs all the help it can get! It’s always a wait even if you order online 2 hours ahead of time and the staff needs to take a customer service course! The girl lied and said my pizza wasn’t ready because I called and ordered another one!!!!!! Don’t bother calling you’ll be put on hold and will be on hold until YOU hang up! Never again…Edited…. The manager did fix the issue, she was professional and solved the problem! I understand this is a busy location and everyone is trying to do their best but saying anything to a customer when frazzled isn’t good!
