This has to be a front for money laundering. Otherwise, I cannot imagine how a restaurant that is so poorly run is allowed to continue operating. My kids love Popeyes chicken sandwiches, so I have made multiple attempts during the past year to procure them from this location. Here is a summary of the issues I have encountered: (1) They often claim that they have run out of chicken sandwiches or other menu items. Meanwhile, these sandwiches seem to magically appear when you order them on Door Dash from this restaurant. (2) When they do have chicken sandwiches on offer, they either get the order wrong or sell you what amounts to a chicken strip on a bun. They are not using the correct patties to make these sandwiches a lot of the time. (3) Average drive-thru wait time is 30-45 minutes. Yesterday we waited for more than an hour only to receive a chicken strip on a cold bun. One of the buns had a red plastic baggage tie embedded in it. Gross (4) This restaurant has the rudest and laziest employees on the planet. They do not care if they mess up your order and will make a bunch of excuses if you ask them to replace your order or issue a refund. Yesterday the woman working at the checkout corner blamed the cook for using the wrong patties to make the chicken sandwich and then huffed and puffed while she had to assemble the sandwiches we actually ordered. Even after this hour-long ordeal, the sandwiches were cold, nasty, and tiny. (5) They often tell you that they can only accept exact change or a credit card payment. This happens even when you are paying with a 20-dollar bill. (6) Word is out about this awfully run business and has been for a while, so they have very few customers these days and the parking lot is almost always empty. Most businesses would have folded under these circumstances, but this one hasn't. Again, my guess is MONEY LAUNDERING or some kind of criminal activity because it is clear that no one is interested in operating this restaurant as a legit business. Oh, and do not bother contacting Popeyes Corporation for customer support. They offered me 500 app points--about enough for a single free biscuit, after Popeyes EP messed up a $42 order. I told them to keep their app points. They told me that I would hear back from the manager of the EP restaurant, but it's been two weeks since that disaster of a visit, so I'm done with these idiots. STAY AWAY

This may be the worst restaurant I have ever been to. Couple weeks ago, they where out of Chicken strips ad 1130. Today they had chicken and I get to the checkout and it is exact change or credit card. I asked if they had no change and she said yes but can only except exact change or credit card. Somebody better listen up.

This Popeyes has to be the worst fast food restaurant ever. The employees are very rude....you can tell they don't want to be there or help you. I have had numerous issues with this place. Went there the other day. Got up to the drive thru speaker and was told they were not open because they had no cooks...this was at 11:30am. My order is never correct when I can get food.....and I always have to wait a long time to get it. They seem to give you what ever they have on hand instead of what you order. I got home with my order one day and was missing 2 pieces of chicken and some of it was spicy and the rest mild....I ordered mild. Stay away from this place. It is terribly mismanaged. One day they had a long list taped to the drive thru speaker of things they were out of. Popeyes corporate office needs to clean house at this location and start over. Don't go there.

We went to Popeye's Saturday night, 8/28/21. We were 3rd in line at the speaker. After waiting 5 minutes, the car in front of us pulled out of the line. We waited another 5 minutes till we got to the speaker. When we got to the speaker it was 5 minutes before anyone was at the speaker. Paid and was told to pull over to the side. The car that was ahead of us was pulled over to the side too. After 15 minutes they got out of their vehicle. When they came back they didn't have anything but I noticed a credit card in the man's hand. I'm assuming they got their money back. We waited for almost 15 minutes. My husband was going to go in to check on our order. The doors were locked. He told them we had been waiting for a while. They got our order and gave it to him. It didn't taste like it usually does, something was missing. It was hot and crispy but the flavor was off. This isn't the first time we have had problems. One other time no one came to the speaker for over 10 minutes. We drove up to the window. The car ahead of us said he couldn't get anyone at the speaker either. He was trying to get the attention of the person at the window but was unsuccessful. When we got to the window there was a person counting money from the register. This was well before closing time,
