All the food is good except the fries. No matter when I go, they always either put an excessive amount of salt or none at all. This time it seems like they chose to put the fries in a bowl of salt after frying them because these are caked in salt. Straight into the trash. Stop making me waste money!

Cold and old fry

Walked up to the counter (behind four other customers) at 10 PM and was told, "We just started shift change, it'll be like 25 minutes." Seriously? That process should be seamless to the customer. They lost at least five sales due to poor management.

I’m pretty sure I have never been to a place with worst customer service. I’m not sure where they got any of these employees from but they were all absolutely rude and terrible. When I went to pay for diesel I had a hard time even getting anyone to come up to the counter as I sat there and waited for what seemed like an eternity. When I ordered food from Arby’s, the lady who took my order, was extremely rude and impatient after I told her this is my first time eating there if she could give me one minute to look at the menu. Even the customer behind me refused to get in front of me because he could see that I was being polite, and the Lady was not. Then the lady who gave me my order, literally in front of everyone threw it at me onto the countertop Everyone at this location should be fired immediately this is the kind of poor customer service that causes businesses to lose money and good quality customers.
