After moving to Houston, I make sure I get my Bill Miller fix every time I visit my family in San Antonio. This particular location is my favorite because it's tucked away from busy roads and a perfect stop before we head back to Houston. Less crowded and good service.

Like the other establishments of this large fast food chain, the taste is very similar, good, a place that is always clean and the attention of the staff that works there is good. Very disappointed between acknowledgement of me upon entry to the establishment, mistake on my food and being charged 36.84 for a 15pc. With large and medium fries that were cold ❄️❄️ as well as the chicken. And not everything that should have been in there was there. Then to be questioned by Manager with receipt in hand over the phone Not going there again??.

It's not the worst tasting BBQ in Texas, and it's definitely not in the top 1000 either. No refills on drinks, it appears. You have to go to the cashier to find out. It would just make me mad if she tried to charge me. I only spent $29 for my meal, so I should not be such a hassle to get a refill of unsweetened tea.Yesterday's BBQ was served, no doubt. Maybe older than yesterday. I'm just hoping I don't get sick on the way home.Oh yeah, I ordered two PC of fried chicken to go with my BBQ platter. They were tiny little pieces, I mean really? The chicken vendor sells grade A size, and yet Bill Miller buys grade D- tiny size.WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT. Staff was not overly welcoming either.I WILL NEVER EVER EAT AT A BM AGAIN!!!!!

I love bill miller's but the breakfast tacos we had where sub par. The girl behind the counter was a bit snappy but it was quite early in the morning.
Went through the drive thru for 2 teas, after waiting 12 minutes, went inside to get the drinks. Defeats the purpose of the drive

Keep giving this place a chance back to back. So far I’m getting upset every time I get my order. I order number 2 and every single time I get skin, bones and mainly crust! If you are into skin and bones then you are the right place :)…. Chicken Express is a better option and just around the corner. Disclaimer I’m not getting paid by Chicken Express or getting anything out of Chicken Express for saying this. just my personal experience.. and hopefully I won’t come back unless I’m just too hungry to care about my eating standards….

Order the family chicken strips and some Mac and cheese. It wasn't worth the price. It's always hit and miss with this Bill Millers. I love the fried chicken when it's cooked right. Sometimes is old and greasy other times it's cooked to perfection. I don't mind paying the money when it's cooked right.
