Food is great and I love the taste of the whopper and onion rings. Issue is the service would not take my Burger King app code. She said the code was working. I tried several different codes with no success. This is the first time the BK app code did not work. I'm very disappointed. The restaurant is nice and clean.
Great customer service. The drive through window guy was so friendly and nice. He made the experience wonderful. The food was good, hot, and the way we ordered it.

My eldest son is very allergic and Burger King is the only restaurant where he can safely eat the food. As such, we have been going to this Burger King weekly since they opened. I have repeatedly seen members of the Seguin community treat the employees at the Seguin location with such disrespect and vitriol, which is inexcusable. So please take some of these bad reviews with a grain of salt.The staff and managers (Jose is THE best!!) at the Seguin Burger King ALWAYS go above and beyond to keep my kid safe. They are truly incredible-always so kind and helpful! Thank you so much for accommodating my family-may God bless every single one of you!
