the worst customer service we went to revive our order and we stood in the lobby for 15 minutes without anyone coming up to ask us anything, they passed by and ignored us when they finally served us our pizza was cold and practically without cheese a terrible

Food is fine as far as any Domino's goes. The service leaves a lot to be desired. I don't understand the purpose to the drive up window. If you drive up to it you'll inevitably wait over 10 minutes before anyone acknowledges your existence. The poor girl was the only one doing anything while the men could care less about her efforts.

They need to fix the app, we waited 20 minutes just to be told they don’t deliver to us. We are only 9 minutes away as well, which also doesn’t make sense for them saying we are out of range.
Live 2.5 miles from their location. They said we were not in their delivery area. We live in one of 2 new housing developments.Great business model?

Not too much to say. YMMV and totally depends on the day and if their staff show up. They seem to be doing better here than at the old location but I really don't like the only option for entering this new location is through that side road.Trying to pick up a pizza on a Thursday evening and there was an hour wait and it still wasn't ready ended up having to cancel the order because they were short staffed.The new location is clean and well run when they have the staff. The food is always good and the app has certainly improved lately.

Would ABSOLUTELY give this store NEGATIVE stars if I could. I placed an order at 6:40 pm, it is 8:30 and it just got here. Opened the pizza to find it COLD. In addition to this, they forgot my wife’s salad. So I’m sure we will be waiting another two hours for a pre-packaged salad.I called the store and the manager was beyond rude and uncaring. This is the worst service I’ve ever had. I can assure you, I will NEVER order from this store EVER again. Beyond pitiful service. This store should do Seguin a favor and shut down.
