So I can't tell you how the drinks are because I never got one. But we was the 4th car in the drivethru. The blonde kid took the two cars in front of my order. Then skipped to the car that just pulled up to the other line. Ok no biggie. Then he goes to the two cars behind me takes their order never took my order. Everyone keeps pulling up to the window. So I see him go in to the window. We get to the window. I said sorry you never took my order. He said well you drive up in the line as it moved and your suppose to stay parked where you are. I was a little shook. It was my first time at this location and I thought like all locations when the cars move in front of you you also move forward. Who knew I was suppose to stay parked four cars away from the window and let the line back around the store. At the window he never even offered to take my order. Never came to my car while I was parked waiting for him to take my order. Just skipped us totally. Will never come back. He was very rude.

The star is for the wait time....I never got to try the coffee........Maybe the place isn't done yet....i got into the drive thru inside lane with several other cars in front of me then I couldn't back out when the other cars pulled in behind me....sat for 10 min and there was no active speaker to make an order so i guess you have to wait until you reach the window.... I sat another 8 minutes to move up in line still 4 cars in front of me....sat another several minutes and finally moved up a car....I just wanted to get out of the line but there's a median divider between the lanes and other cars started coming in that other outside lane and where there is a slight opening to merge those cars block it.... Finally after another 10 minutes I waved at the other car blocking my exit and asked if i could get out of line when the next car moved up... So I finally exited after more then 20 min when the car in front of me exited too and left...... Again not sure if they have a speaker ordering system when it's completed or you just have to wait and wait like that.. This was my first time visiting a Dutch Bros......I won't be back if so..... Not a fun first experience and wait....I finally drove around the back block to another coffee place and was in and out in 10 minutes only cuz i went inside and used the rr too.

I do not know why I keep trying this place. I think it's because I live next-door. But, 4/5 times I have stopped there. I've had to pull out of the drive-through line early because they are taking so long. The one time I did wait it took almost 25 minutes to get two coffees. There's so many local places are better than this I won't be trying again.

Not sure why but the last 3 visits resulted in throwing the coffee in the trash. I order a cinnamon latte extra sweet and I swear there is NO cinnamon syrup at all. The coffee tastes really bitter now as well. Sorry to say, I won't be wasting anymore money here.
We were coming back from a football game and needed some caffeine for the last hour of our late night drive. Since all of the good, local coffee places were closed, we decided to go thru Dutch Bros. I've never been a huge fan, but I needed the pick me up. We sat in the drive thru behind ONE vehicle for 13 minutes while the worker hung out the window gabbing with the driver. We saw her hand one drink to the car and then keep chatting it up. We finally just drove off. So now on top of having sub par drinks, I can confirm they also have crappy service. Peace out Dutch Bros. You've lost my business for good. In the meantime, maybe train your staff on the idea behind a drive thru--they're supposed to be quick and convenient, not whatever was going on there tonight.

Me and my friend went today and had no idea what we wanted ( being that it’s new to us we haven’t been there ) we asked the guy at the window to make us two drinks and surprise us and they were both delicious!!Thank you to the awesome worker for making the trip fun and giving us awesome drinks!!! 10/10 service.
