Deli counter has seriously gone downhill! For years, my family has enjoyed HEB's mesquite smoked deli sliced ham but now they only have mesquite UNCURED ham. Going forward, will try the prepackaged mesquite ham in the meat/cheese section because the UNCURED HAM HAS NO FLAVOR. Also, I asked for HEB's deli roast beef and found out at home it was overpowered with pepper. Last, though minor I had requested all of my meats including corned beef to be sliced at #2 setting but what I got was paper thin. This was a very disappointing visit to Seguin's HEB Deli counter for meats costing $9.98 to $13.98 per lb. I really expected better. (Expensive) lesson learned.

The location is inside the HEB. It is a restaurant. Has seating area with lots of tables and some booths. Tried the brisket, which was tender and flavorful. The turkey was also very good. I liked the chopped beef. Collard Greens were good. Excellent corn bread. Tea was good. Water machine has its own nugget ice. Reasonable prices. One order was wrong but they fixed it

Not sure if anyone else has noticed the H‑E‑B brand of flour tortillas homemade have mold on them. This is the second time I have bought them, the sell date is two or three days away and there are mold on the tortillas. I brought it to H-E-B attention and it’s still happening..

I went to go to the gas station portion of the store and my credit card that I frequently used isn't accepted and it's at various pumps. I went to another gas station afterwards with no issues. Plenty of cars come here and it's off of ALT I90 which is convenient

Always disappointed from wrong orders to dry gourmet cupcakes This is only the Seguin H‑E‑B. The H‑E‑B PLUS in NB is great.
Friendly staff, long lines, and dirty restrooms. It's the best place in town to shop for groceries. However there is always room for improvement!

this review is just for curbside orders. it took me 30 minutes to find all the items i wanted this morning before work. i finally paid and put the time i wanted to pick up my order. come to find out, heb switched out real shredded cheese for heb wrapped half cheese and plastic square "singles". i also ordered a digiorno pizza and i got an heb pizza. i am tired of heb trying to cram their brand down my throat!!! i really like some of their prepared food, but i want the choice! the above items are always in stock and they had no reason to switch them out . we don't like heb pizza or cheese. seguin needs a new grocery store to compete with our heb. go over to new braunfels heb and it's a totally different atmosphere, food, and staff. mr. heb, wake up! frustrated.

Digital coupons are the worst. When the clerk scanned my bar code for my digital coupons, only 2 of the 9 recorded on my receipt. I should have had $20.00 dollars in coupons and I only received $8.00. I noticed it right away and went to customer service before I even left the store. I was told I needed to call a number to HEB that I was given to get it fixed and that the additional savings would be credited to my debit account. I called, they went over my coupons and receipt and discovered for some reason the digital coupons did not work.....duh. I still don't know why it only took 2 and left off the other 7 coupons. Most of it I would not have purchased unless I had a coupon. Lesson learned. Come to find out they dont credit to your debit account they add the credit to your heb app account. It expires within a few days and now I have to shop for more items to use my credit before it expires. I'm not happy with HEB. Why do they make customers jump through hoops to get .50 cents or a dollar off. Why can't they program a coupon in the register and if a customer buys that product they get the .50 cents off. Why make customers lug paper coupons through the store, only to find out you lost one or two while traveling through the store OR worse use all your battery on your cell phone to clip digital coupons and then the bar code doesn't even give you all of the coupons you clipped. COME ON HEB WISE UP MAKE THINGS EASIER ON YOUR CUSTOMERS!!! This is just unacceptable!

The BBQ restaurant in HEB Seguin used to be very pleasant to stop and eat. Someone new must be training new employees and they are rude. Completely different and not accommodating.
