Good food, but it ends there.Service has been bad every time I go here. First you wait to be seated and no one come up to greet or seat you for 5-10 minutes. Once your seated you wait another 5-10 to meet your server. Once you get your food, you won't see them again until they drop off the check. No refill check ever.. this was our last visit here. @Owner. You gotta tell your people to fix this issues I listed above. It's really hurting your business.

Family night at Seguin IHOP is always a nice pleasant time when we dine in. Our server was fantastic! She was very personable and polite. The food was delicious and fresh. Our entire experience was wonderful. Thank you IHOP.Kid-friendliness: Children are never left out! There are too many delicious food choices for them to experience.

We first stood at the front waited to be seated no one acknowledged us for 10 min. I thought it was a joke it was s0 bad. Then we finally get seated and see a staff member eating off a plate. My 9 year old daughter heard every cuss word you can think of coming from 2 female workers yelling at the kitchen staff. It was something I have never seen or experienced. Literally management does not exist. The waiters are trying, seem understaffed.
