I ordered a medium pepperoni pizza and a root beer. Got a cheese pizza, with no root beer. The man RICKY yelled at me and said there is nothing he could do and that it wasn't his fault that the delivery driver didn't speak English and didn't grab the drink. Refused to refund me as well. Was extremely rude and I still had to pay for the pizza. There was also sauce busted all over the pizza. The driver also didn't not give me change, he walked off with 30 dollars when it costed 23. Wrong order. Horrible staffing. And I got robbed.

Went on a 20 minute drive Spent almost $30 plus tips for a medium pizza with pineapple and beef with extra toppings just to come home with pepperoni pizza and we dont even eat pork. Can't get a refund so we had to go back and they even wanted the pizza back.. for what?? who knows what they do with it. Literally had to drive back and forth for an hour and 30 min total.. Very inconsiderate. You got one job you can't even get it right. Never again on this location.

Even the owner of Papa John's, John Schnatter, won't eat at his own restaurants. Pizza was the best in the 90's with everything fresh and not from a can but now reduced to a smidgen better than Domino's salt overloaded pizzas and Ceaser's Little Pizza cooked to death under a heat lamp.

Driver forgot my soda, then tried to tell me it wasn't on the order, when my order is clearly printed on the box. Pizza was cold and nasty. Called the store and the manager said they use door dash because they are short staffed, well I didn't order through door dash so why are they deleting delivering my food? I will never order again.

2nd worst pizza experience ever. Walked in after a movie (theater review separate) and ordered a pizza. The girl with the tattoos (I have a couple tattoos myself so not judging, just identifying since I don't know her name) took our order and said 10-15 minutes. Waited 20 and went to ask about it. It was nowhere to be found. Mind you we were sitting at a table in the noisy , warm waiting area where they could see us the whole time. She came and punched the screen a few times and walked away without answering me. She grabbed a pizza crust, not the size of the pizza we ordered and went to prepare it. A couple minutes later I asked again and she said 4 minutes. Was some waiting by this time so , i asked for our money back. She proceeded to get some more stickers off the printer and put them on pizza boxes instead of coming to the register immediately to process the refund. She finally did, left the receipt on the printer for me to tear off, and said it would be 24-48 hours before the money would be back in our account. Didn't apologize or offer us any drinks or our pizza free or anything. Obviously doesn't like her job. Left with no pizza. Will spare you the details of the worst pizza experience.

Actually first time trying Papa John's Pizza ordered a simple lg pepperoni thin slice..My wife & I were very very satisfied. Was delish. Thankyou we will be back.
