The service was horrible. My son got the garlic parmasan wings, most disgusting thing ever. Way too much garlic. When our food came out, it was cold. Sweet tea was good.

I just can't give this place any more tries. I have been going since they opened. I have been dozens of times. I will say never order and poultry or seafood plate. Every single time I have it has been raw. Not undercooked, but gooey and watery raw. I continued to go because I did love their burgers. But the last several times the burgers have not been good. The last time I ordered avacado on my burger but there was none. When I said something the waitress lifter my bun and said 'there is is'. Low and behold there was one 1/8" sliver. Two stars because for the most part the service is decent and I do like their fried pickles.

Very disappointed. We were ready for nice margaritas after being on the road for hours. The reviews for the wings were good. The margaritas are WINE based. The beer was warm and the wings were cold!! I will say the meatloaf grill cheese was warm gooey and good. We were expecting more.

We were really looking forward to trying this place per all the recommendations online, however, upon showing up an hour early on a Tuesday evening, we were told “we just closed because we are slow, we just sat our last table”. I understand slow business, but when people are sitting in already eating and a family of 5 walk in to eat an hour before your true closing time, the honorable thing to do is serve them. Not sure when we will return, but I encourage you to call in advance before you show up to confirm they are indeed open. Luckily, we drove less than a block down to Kirby’s and we’re served with a smile and yummy burgers.

Had the grilled chicken salad. It was pretty good. Had enough chicken. Sometimes it felt like they forgot about me. This place does have a good food so I will definitely be back. They have good hamburgers too.

I ordered a take out came 5 mins after estimated time to give them a buffer "wasn't ready" they said give us 10 minutes I come back in 10 "it's still not done" while it was in the heating rack the whole time after the second time of me coming in they finally put in my order that they thought wasn't done. I got missing items off my burger. I didn't modify anything mind you. The service horrible. My burger was burnt. Just HORRIBLE service.

Restaurant was clean as it had been everytime we have eaten here. Service was really poor, had to go look for our waiter twice to refill our drinks, (both times he was chatting with other employees) food took a bit over 30 minutes to arrive and was cold. Salad lettuce was brownish in color and looked like it should have been thrown out 2 days prior. This has been one of our favorite places to eat but our experience was so bad that I didn't plan on going back. Staffing issues are affecting everyone so maybe we will try it again, but not for awhile. Hope they get it worked out.

I had the 15 piece sampler with barbecue, lemon pepper, and garlic ranch flavor. The sauces were really good, although the barbecue is slightly sweeter than I prefer. But it was still really good. My server was Terry, I think, and he was amazing. Very friendly, and checked up on me often. The wings are huge, and the fried okra as a side was wonderful. I will definitely be back. I really loved that I saw several tables of people who were laughing and having a great time. The vibe here is incredible, and the food was really good. I will definitely be back!

Good food. TERRIBLE customer service. I waited 20 minutes to order food in the drive through, the employees saw me but did not even acknowledge me or give a courtesy “I’ll be right with you” so I had to get off the car to order and still, I received even more terrible customer service.

Came in with daughter for dinner and it was chaos. Employees bring their kids to work and they run all over the place being noisy and touching clean tables. Food is good but hard to relax with unruly kids running all over and being noisy

Every single time we go, there is always something wrong, missing, or disgusting. 85% if the customer service there is awful, unprofessional, and unsanitary. We keep giving it a second third fourth fifth chance as there really isn’t much to pick from as far as American diner type food goes. There are good aspects to the burgers, like the basics- buns meat and cheese. But most anything else will be missing or you’ll have things you didn’t ask for at all, or very wilted lettuce. Chopped steak- same thing- hit or miss. Sometimes it’ll be good, sometimes it will come with not a single thing on it nor it’s sides. Service is often goofing off, listening to inn appropriate music for a family atmosphere, with their bums on the counters that food is either prepped or served on. If going through the drive through, you will not only witness all of this, but you will be completely ignored, although many people will be in site. The “Mac and cheese” is cooked noodles with cheese on top. Not pleasant to the eyes or stomach. Fried pickles are good. Owners need to take a good look at managment and the rest of the team and reevaluate things. I know they can do better. They have a great location. Decor has its own unique oddities. I hate giving bad reviews. You can see that if you take a look at my review history. I always give great ones. But I also hate wasting my money and not getting what I pay for.

Service was good. Food mediocre. Hush puppies were way to hard to bite into. Chicken ok. Salad ok. Seems to be a family business because staff children running in and out of kitchen. A lot of staff but seems chaotic. I might try again because I did like the crispy lettuce. Fried okra was awesome.

The Grand Poohbah was fantastic! The pot roast sandwich was very good and the wings were excellent!!

After reading the owners responses to past complaints I understand that the owner expects the customer to voice their negative opinions about the food while still in the building. Unfortunately for me I ordered through the drive-thru. I spent $18 on a meatloaf sandwich, bacon cheese wedges and a 32 oz drink. The food made a turd to say the least. If I order a drink to go I shouldn't pay over $3 for the pitcher gimmick that the dine in customers get. Also, my wedges had a nearly non existent sprinkle of cheese and at most half a strip of bacon on them. While the sandwich was hefty, it was dry. After a long day at work I was not in the mood to go back and confront the manager who obviously has a passive aggressive approach to dealing with customer complaints. Look back at the responses to the other negative reviews and you'll see what I'm talking about. (See google reviews) The owner obviously does not take criticism in a constructive manner and takes it personal. The customer should not have to complain to get what they pay for.
