Placed order online. When I got there 15 minutes later there was people coming in off a bus. Waited around another 20 min for my order and still nothing. Called up there and the rude lady said we are busy and you will just have to wait another 30 min or so. I placed my order before the bus was there obviously, she refused to issue refund and told me I would have to call back later because she was too busy and hung up on me. Rude customer service.

Most of the workers are great, but our cashier Sam was a very rude guy! He poked fun at the customers in a condescending tone. Also when we asked questions his responses were so incredibly rude, as if he were annoyed to be there! He acted like he was so inconvenienced to take our food order.

I have mixed feelings about this Schlotzsky's location. The food is mostly good unless they mess up your order, which is way too often for me. They often put the wrong meat in my sandwich. They also argue about getting a pickle. Every other Schlotsky's location will give you a pickle upon request. You have to fight for your pickle at this location. When you spend $12 dollars on a sandwich, they really can't throw in a 5¢ pickle? Pathetic.Schlotzsky's DOES have the very best gluten-free bun in the business!I really like the Chicken Bacon Smokecheesy. My husband like the original and the different pizza options.Their chips are really good, too.Dietary restrictions: Excellent gluten-free bun!!!
