Pre ordered my food 15 minutes in advance. Been waiting 10 minutes, still waiting.. it's faster to go through the drive-thru.. I let them know ahead of time that I would like condiments. They didn't put any in the bag. I got have a sleeve of tots.. Not sure if I'm coming back.

I placed an order through the drive thru and had to repeat it a few times. When I pulled up, I had to wait a while, then someone came to ask what my order was and I told them. I still had to wait some time, so I just left. This took about 20 min or so and I was on lunch, so I didn't have time to deal with it any longer. This was not the first time I had issues. I won't go back.

Our carhop remade all 3 drinks to make certain I got the correct Diet strawberry limeade, as it was not marked to distinguish it from the other regular limeades.

Friendly hard working car hops and cooks. A little hard on the squeaky speaker to order. But love this place!!! Don't forget to tip your server!!!

I adked if they had chocolate ice cream to use in a Blast. They said they could add chocolate syrup. I said ok. Got my order...no chocolate syrup. I tip the car hop and asked for napkins. He said he would bring some. He never came back. Should have gone to DQ. Twice they tried to give me someone else's order.

I really like sonic but of the half-dozen times I’ve been to this location, they’ve not once given me my entire order correctly. They either forget something or give me one wrong item instead of what I ordered. Always check your bags before you leave.They’re pretty nice though.

Just bought the most overcooked fries in my life!! Was looking around for a camera and crew thinking it was some sort of prank???

Ordered 3 drinks was rushed by the guy on the speaker named joe. Asked the gentleman to not be rude that i felt rushed he proceeded to be rude. Spoke to the manager he apologized then went inside. We could see through the window he told the crew what happened and they all stood there and laughed about the complaint including the manager. The disrespect from your team and customer sevice was atrocious.

OMG, this has to be the worst Sonic in Texas. First they took about 30 min to get us 3 drinks and an order of cheese tots. And then they got our drinks wrong on top of that. I don’t know if it’s the kids working here that don’t care or just bad owners.

Unfortunately, this will be my last visit to this Sonic.The service has become extremely slow ( last three visits), and the food appears to have been sitting for a while. My order today was two Rootbeer floats - it took nearly 30 minutes to receive the order (while waiting in the drive throught).The ice cream was nearly melted by the time we received the order.Taking my business to another sonic - I am sure it's a managerial problem at this sonic - they used to be a great place to go.
