In June 2021 I ordered a pistachio three tier cake for my daughters bridal shower. Some sugar cookies as well. They took my order and when I call Friday to get my order as I had schedule, they told me the cake was never made cause their baker quit. No one had the nerve to call and tell me. I was so upset and they didn't freaking care! I said I would never give them my business again. Come to find out few months later I see the business closes and it's now some type of boutique resale shop. Good riddance now seeing other reviews I wonder if they even made their breads at all!!

The Mexican bread has to be the worst in seguin... the Michoacana and JP or what ever it's called now has better taste and flavor. plus the service is under par, they have a white girl working the counter that has to be the worst in seguin as far as dealing with the public... Superior cakes, don't think so... :)

Superior Cakes and Bakery are awesome folks. Friendly staff took my phone in order and set up same day delivery to my father for his 87th birthday. The staff person was very friendly and patient. Bought some pastry with very little filling in it. The flakey crust was good but was very chewy.

I have to say that I don’t think I have EVER taken a bite of cake that was so stahl and so dried out as the one I purchased this evening- I will be calling the health department on this establishment there NO WAY on Earth this cake was even close to have been baked by anyone at this bakery - it’s ? the cakes that I Walmart sells - ON THE CLEARANCE SHELF BY THE MILK AND EGGS that are already stahl and have been marked down several times ?
