Your standard WingStop nothing really to write home about as far as the restaurant or the customer service, but the food, specifically the drinks. I got tea and it smelled like grey water, like the nasty water that’s in the squeegee buckets at gas stations, like the water from a septic tank. In other words, not for human consumption. Idk if it’s the water they used to make the tea, the water they used to make ice or what, but this WingStop location almost definitely has grey water being made into drinks for human consumption.

I’m only doing two stars bc I Came today with my daughter and was greeted by a man who said he’s working alone. Gave us a estimate wait time (we were ok with it) but I must say, its super busy, he’s busting tables, cooking, answering phones, and trying to keep a smile and I’ll be 100% surprised if he doesn’t quit after today. You should not have one person working a restaurant by themselves. Shame on you Wingstop. There’s not a lot of people who’s willing to step up and do this so hopefully he is compensated for his hard work ALONE!

Great wings, was not very busy when we got there and tables could of used a good wipe down. As we got our food they got super busy. Finally after the rush we saw they wiped down tables. Other than some messy tables, food was great, service was good.
Love me some wings too. The food is great , ranch is delicious and it hits the spot. We appreciate the workers.

My order was off by 6 wings. I was very upset. Angel made sure that I got both of my orders remade, and made sure that I was happy before I left. PROMOTE Angel!!! Great manager.
Food was cold. Wrong name. Was a call in order and they forgot an item. Food was on counter while people waiting for their food. People were waiting told it was going to be 45 mind and they waited more than an hour. Probably there order was not made cause they said would be an 35 mins and they got upset and then the came back and said 20 mins. Then as I was leaving the employees were just standing around not doing anything while people waiting for there food. I never had any issues the having my food cold always was hot.

Waited over an hour for an 8 piece order; when there were no other customers when my family and I got there. No communication from management or employees on why the wait was taking so long. When asked employee how much longer the wait for my food would be they gave a response of didn’t know. Fryers apparently went down, but yet they were cleaning them.

Called in an order and they told us 35 minutes. Waited an hour and then they tell us they ran out of fries (sounds crazy, I know). Tried to get a get a refund and the so called manager doesn’t know how to void and has an attitude the whole time. This is the second time we’ve had problems with the manager, very childish and doesn’t know how to run the store. The workers seem to think it’s more of social hour than a job.
