Walked in and was not greeted by anyone, employees seemed upset by our arrival, place was dirty and cramped. It was hard to hear the employee from behind the glass. When ordering I had to make clear multiple times what I wanted. Ordered the macrons and they were Stale. I didn’t even hear any blenders after I ordered my drink leading me to believe it was pre-made and not fresh. I also didn’t appreciate that I could not see what they were doing in the back or how they were making my drink, unlike most other places (I’ll list a few at the end of my review) the tea I bought was a taro milk tea and a matcha milk tea, they both tasted very watered down and were very runny, not thick like milk. All and all I would not recommend for first timers or people looking to get good authentic boba.My favorite places to go personally are Bobatopia and Dream coffee and tea, but there are other places that have open kitchens such as; Kung-Fu Tea and Y-Bubble, all the places listed here have open kitchen settings and friendly staff so you can see what they’re doing.

So just realized they charge you for boba. Not me thinking this whole time hence the name everything came with boba. I get popping boba being extra but the plain tapioca really? Cost per make is probably no more then $1 and your telling me y’all are charging like Starbucks. Geeze last time I’ll be here. I normally stop by every time we get the Ramen at ginza but mmm no thanks.

Then when they go in the back we hear them cussing very loudly. The three guys who were working on 1/19/24 need to be fired ASAP! I love the boba and usually they have great service but today was unacceptable. I hope the problem gets fixed.

I’ve been coming here for the past 5+ years every Saturday maybe even twice a week sometimes. I forget my punch cards at home or in my truck. They wouldn’t combine them so I could get my free drink with my rewards or how much money I’ve spent here the past 5 years. They are the best in town but don’t honor their buy 10 drinks get 1 drink free reward card.

Service is great and drinks are even better. However the atmosphere isn't great. I wish it was a bit more cozy and decorated. It feels a bit cold in there. Not great for people with anxiety because the place is so empty everything you say echos. The drinks are perfect and that's all that really matters in the end.
