It was a quiet evening there when we went. There were a few tables taken. I ordered the regular Philly, no tomato, no Mayo -combo, filled up my drink and sat down. I waited for them to call my name but the gentleman brought our food over to the table. I thought that was really nice of him and unexpected!My sandwich was nice and hot, it had a nice cheese pull and it was seasoned perfectly. The pickle gave it a nice crunch. The fries were just ok. I found they were a little over salted. I looked around the restaurant and everyone seemed to be enjoying what they purchased.I will definitely be returning.

Used to love their cheesesteaks and fries, but on my latest visit, neither was very good. The cheesesteak was dry and over cooked, and the bread didn't seem very fresh. The fries were under cooked and had a bit of a funk like the oil was old. Was disappointed by this visit.

Good food. One of those franchises that actually has fresh food that's good. Owner is always there and on top of making sure the food is good.and the store is running properly. Has a light that's flickering a lot gave me.a headache only reason why I didn't give 5 stars for that but overall it's an amazing food stop for cheesesteaks. Saving the best for last is the meat portions are perfect and you can alter anything to your standards which honestly makes it the best in san antonio area.

We ordered a sandwich with no pickles then when my boyfriend grabbed the sandwich he told the worker i ordered no pickles, and she took them off the sandwich right in front of him and continued to laugh, the only good part was the manager, she was very respectful and understanding but they need to hire some better employees!!!

I asked for a side of ranch after paying $16 dollars for a sandwich at Charley's. "We're supposed to charge" was the response i got from a little girl with a nose ring. Well, that's the last time I go to this location. A cup of ranch isn't going to make or break you.
Place could use a good cleaning and bring back the seasoning salt for the fries.

This location is very dirty. I was surprised. All tables, chairs, even the floor. Hardly anyone was in this restaurant. A worker with pink hair grabbed a red tray and stuffed the trash with it and placed it back where you leave the red trays after you’re finished eating. Myself and daughter had to wipe the table down and chairs. Windows and carpet looked really bad as well. Maybe we went on a bad day but I’ve never been to a Charley’s that dirty. They brought my 4 yr old daughter her chicken strips and fries that were super hot! Not cool. My fries were cold as well and had to send back.The food did not look like Charley’s food lol more like snack bar type. My Philly was good though I loved it.
