So very pleasantly surprised by everything Chili's. Had lunch with my wife and son after many years of no Chili's. Everything was Great including food, service and atmosphere. The pick 3 combo's are the bomb.

This is a nice go-to place for a few drinks at the bar or to enjoy good food. I sat at the bar, and the bartender was incredible. She was very attentive and made me feel very welcome. The drinks, the food, and the bartender were perfect!I'll definitely be going back again.

Food was great ? Employees were friendly we had a very nice server. The only thing I would change is I believe someone was doing orientation of some sort on a laptop.. For getting hired...it was super loud and very annoying. We moved to the other side of the restaurant to avoid listening to someone do orientation for the company out in the dining area which was strange.. We even asked one of the employees to please ask that person to turn it down and all they did was move seats which made no difference... So we took it to our own initiative and moved to the other side of the restaurant.. Which was much better ?

Placed an order on the app and requested for the meat on the burger to be well done, lucky me it wasn’t and it was pink. I couldn’t even it a quarter of it. I couldn’t even eat the fries, simply because they were extremely seasoned w lots of salt and pepper.Parking: Limited parking

During lunch today..our server, ELizabeth, made lunch a sheer joy! The food was great but the server makes the meal that much better! The staff appears to be very well trained. Mckayla was also beyond great!

Sirloin Steak came out literally ice cold & completely raw, I sent it back for a 2nd chance & 30 minutes later it came back completely rare & cold again when I ordered medium rare. My husband’s sausage came out ice cold, the $14 margaritas were watered down & weak af. The manager offered us a free dessert to take home which we accepted but she failed to take it off our bill! The whole experience was unbelievably gross & disappointing. As someone who worked in the service industry for over 10 years I was in absolute disbelief! I’ve tried many times to give Chilis the benefit of the doubt & another chance, but it never fails to disappoint ??♀️ We will never be dining at any Chili’s again! Our waitress was sweet & apologetic but that doesn’t solve our negative experience unfortunately. ✌?

Ugh ? this place has gone down ??Ordered chicken fajita plate what a waste of $22? dry chicken rice taste packaged black beans left awful taste in my mouth tortillas hard dry under heated only thing fresh was side of guacamole I kid u not ??♀️Never again!!
