They guys at Mia Marcos have won world championships with their pizzas, and they really are delicious. Their basic cheese pizza is the best I have ever eaten. Full of flavor and with fresh cut basil as an added garnish really makes it pop. Their basic Pep pizza is another basic but delicious treat. They use cup and char pepperoni, which gives it so much flavor. They make their own sausage, which also goes into their homemade meatballs. One of their other best pizzas is their Supreme, which is their Veggie pizza with pepperoni and sausage added. They use kalamata olives, which provide more kick than black olives, but don't overpower as green olives can do. They also add thinly sliced zucchini for a wonderful touch. They are opening a sit-down restaurant, but right now only serve take out. With their new ovens, the wait for a pizza is usually about 20 minutes. The staff is friendly and helpful. If you want to wat on site, they have beautiful outdoor seating and with the string lights and their sign, it makes for a pleasant dining experience.

It's good for what it is, but I'm not an expert in true NY or Italian pizza , so it could just be a matter of preference. I'm more of a toppings gal and there's not a whole lot of variety or quantity of toppings, but the flavors and ingredients are top quality!

Mia Marcos is one of my FAVORITE spots to eat and hang out with family or friends. The pizza is spectacular as well as the friendly staff. My husband and I drive clear across town to enjoy the most delicious pizza in the San Antonio/Selma/Schertz area. The pizza is made with fresh quality ingredients and that is very important to me.We've been coming here for years back when they started in their red pizza truck, with their continued growth they haven't sacrificed taste, quality or service.
