We visit Pluckers at least once a week and usually the food is fast and good. Today after the lunch rush the wings and fries were cold. The service was slow and I didn’t want to send it back and wait again. I did tell the bartender and she would tell the kitchen!??. We do really miss Jerry behind the bar! We will return and hope this was just a fluke!
I ordered take out and my order was ready 20 min. after it said it would be. They were busy but I saw people in and out the whole time I was waiting in line. Finally I get my order and get back to my hotel which was 4 min away and all my food was cold. So they had my order ready but seemed to be sitting there. Very disappointed and won’t be back to this location.
