Ordered a 20 piece chicken nuggets, and the employee who brought my food to the counter she accidentally dropped it on the floor and went back there but didn't even put fresh food in the bag just brought me the food that fell and before I could say something she walked back, the chicken nuggets tasted like feet and that's a waste of a 20piece, this McDonald's seriously needs better service

The service was terrible, lot of people waiting on their order, I stood in line for almost an hour waiting on my bacon egg and cheese biscuit, only to find out that the order monitor was broke down, so my order was probably hot but cooled down because no one was told about the order monitor was broken, this is bad for business.

I like that most of the staff has been there awhile. No drama and excellent quality of customer service. I just miss root beer. Can't we get a bigger McD's please?! Or a second one where the grown up can go! There's more people than you think here.

I've actually never had a major issue with this location...until today. I was told to pull forward to wait on part of my order. After about 10 minutes, the person working the window, who told me to pull forward, went in and out, delivering orders to 2 other cars. She then didn't come back out. I waited another 10 minutes, far too long, I will admit, before going inside with my receipt. Thankfully, the manager was the first person to come to the counter. She apologized and said the person at the window went out and gave one of the other cars my order. She immediately got the rest of my order before apologizing again.Dietary restrictions: For diabetics or those that can't have sugar, your only choice for sodas is Diet Coke. For a while, they had Diet Dr. Pepper, but they no longer have it because and I quote, "The machine broken for it."
