So I had a coupon, the same one I always use. One of the women working their claimed one of the sandwiches I ordered was excluded from being discounted, and that's why I got charged for it. I always order it for 1 and 2. The sandwich in question, The Boss, is not even excluded or named on the coupon as a sandwich that I can't get. If you don't know you don't, don't lie to me just to up charge me money. Then she tried to offer me cookies to make up for her lie. So now it's going to be an issue once I go back and tell her to show me where on the coupon it says that.

When we got to the restaurant there were a bunch of kids running around being loud, the people working were very unprofessional with everything. There were only children there. There was no adult supervision what so ever.

Update 3: Now, her boyfriend, or whoever this is, is sending inappropriate messages too. And I still have heard nothing from the owner about all this. As mentioned in the review, she was already going off on me acting the fool and being rude, disrespectful, inappropriate, and unhinged before my expletive slipped so no, I did not, in fact call her a b*tch "first." It was only after being verbally assaulted.Update 2: Now, the employee who verbally assaulted me is harassing me on social media and Subway has yet to respond. Turns out her name is McKenzie (Kenzie) Knelsen, according to the profile from which she has decided to stalk me.Update 1: Three weeks later and Subway has refused to respond or refund the overcharge. They obviously have no problem with their employees screeching at customers, verbally assaulting them and stealing their money.Original: I was overcharged. I ordered a footlong meal with a large drink, a 6 inch, and a large drink. I was charged for a footlong meal plus a six inch meal, plus 2 cookies (that were supposed to be part of my meal.) So, I got charged extra for the cookies and I got charged for a meal for the other sandwich when I only got a drink. Plus, the meal price was higher than the menu states. Additionally, they didn't have fountain Coke that I ordered but they didn't tell me. They just sold it to me and when I asked if they had a new BIB in the back, they rudely told me just to take bottles instead. When I went back to get a partial refund, the employees were rude and defensive from the start. When I pointed out the three different prices - online, in person, and on their printed menu board - a rude lady said they give a discount to order online. I pointed out that the menu board lists a lower price than they charged me and even a lower price than the supposedly discounted online price. One employee very rudely said something like, "So what, you want a refund for some chips? Because that's all I overcharged you." I didn't even order any chips. A woman there was being rude and defensive and, instead of staying calm and professional as I was being, she just escalated and got more rude and eventually said something to the effect of, "I'm fixing it! That's what you wanted, isn't it?" When I called her out on her rudeness and inappropriate behavior and called her a b*tch (because that's how she was behaving), she just started screaming/screeching for me to get out and she tore up my receipt in front of me. When I told her I needed my receipt, she said too bad and continued to shriek for me to get out. She refused to give me her name either. Completely inappropriate behavior from both employees! The entire experience was horrible from start to finish. Neither of them have any place working in a customer facing position when they have no idea how to be professional and calm and mature. I regret calling her what I called her but the way she talked to me was far, far worse than the one word I let slip that she completely deserved anyway.

Although it was 8:30 all of the workers were working hard and friendly. When there wasn’t sandwiched to be made they were cleaning.
