Tried ordering over the phone and couldn't understand them. Went in person and ordered for my pregnant fiancé and I. Ordered a 5 count chicken tender and left. By the time I got back to my hotel room, I noticed I was missing 2 tenders. So I had 3/5. Tried calling the store again, and someone hung up on the other side. I should have double-checked before I left the restaurant, but also, someone else should be doing their job. Will not be doing business here anymore.

The chicken pieces have gotten smaller, yet the price keeps going up. It used to be better than Popeyes, but both are unanimously poor, frequently overcooked and dry.
The manager; staff here does a really good job with the food retail community; it's not just the great taste of the food here he's approach to holly hills is a blessingthanks BIG.

Sat in the drive through for about 5 minutes just listening to people talk to eachother while having to repeat my order twice and they still messed it up. Was charged $1 for “key fob” which makes no sense and ordered an extra biscuit but didn’t get it and when i went back to the store to try to get it i was told i was charged for the extra biscuit as a drink upgrade??? So i never even received my biscuit and i never asked for a drink upgrade. Employees need better training on order taking and customer service for sure
