This place is awful. They didn’t give me at all what we ordered. I order Cheesesteak and I got chicken whatever slopped on to barely 6 inches buns. The fries were hard and rigid they barely gave me any and they tasted hours old. Also $10 sandwiches they upcharge about $5 for Door Dash.Also whatever paper they use to wrap the food in melts and meshes into the sandwiches so you get a wet sloppy mess!! I’m saving you suggestions do not order here they are a BIG RIP OFF!!

Ok, first of all - it's inside Buca di Beppo. The quality of the meat is great, but the bread could be better. The cheese sauce is good. It's kind of expensive and I don't think you should have to pay extra for peppers and mushrooms on a cheesesteak. Then it didn't even have the mushrooms on it! We would eat it again. It's not bad for fast food. We liked it better than Charlie's Cheesesteaks.

The answering service representative was rude as hell. Interjected when I was trying to pull up the address. Told me she can't give the phone number for a location if I can't give her the address. Decided not to even order online to pick up or get delivery after my experience with this call center. I told her that she was rude and I'm not even going to place an order now. She didn't care, she said "okay, have a good day." Get better customer care for your business if you want to last. Oh, PS I feed 7+people everytime I order food. Your loss.

I would give 0 stars if possible. Ordered 2 regular cheese steaks, one with mushrooms added and a chipotle cheese steak and all I got on all 3 was a little bit of meat and bread nothing else. Also was missing a side order of cheese and extra chipotle. The regular fry size is pathetic as well, only a few fries were included. Very very disappointed with my experience and will not be eating there again. Do better.

I would give zero stars if I could. What they delivered wasn't even close to the description or the photo. Where's the cheese sauce? Where's the onions? Where's the beef? Paid extra for the footlong. Completely disappointed! Total garbage.

Horrible. Outside sign does not match the name. Drivers can never find them. Don’t offer delivery if you can’t be found. Waited almost 2 hours for the worst cheesesteak of my life. Supposed to have provolone cheese… it’s definitely melted yellow velveta. Also, supposed to have caramelized onions. They are barely even warmed yet alone caramelized. Will NEVER EVER order from here again! Worst food I’ve ever had. So bad I had to leave a review! Save your money, go elsewhere. You’re better off trying to make it yourself!
