Just went there in the drive through and ordered a hamburger, chilli dog, taco salad, tacos, and a chicken basket. After waiting 25 minutes for our food, I had to go inside and ask where my food was at. I had to wait another 5 minutes for my food. When we got it, most of it was cold and old, my chilli dog had sit there so long the grease was leaking through the box. I asked for no tomato on the tacos and they were still on there. You would think if it takes that long they could at least get it right.

I received a emergency phone call while their and they responded by making me priority and getting my breakfast sandwich out quick and it was delicious and I just appreciate that.Parking: Plenty of space easy exit

Absolutely dumbfounded. My wife and I went and got a taco salad. (With everything on it) Everything on it was Shredded Lettuce and Beef. Nothing else. This picture is after we placed two sauces on it.

I was utterly disappointed with my experience at Dairy Queen. Despite a seemingly simple order for chicken, it took an excruciating 23 minutes to get my food. The wait was excessive, and the lack of efficiency in the kitchen left me questioning the overall quality of service. A one-star rating is generous for such a frustrating dining experience.

Food and Ice Cream was excellent just as expected. This all time favorite will surely satisfy any sweet tooth or savory craving you may have. DQ was a childhood favorite and upon moving to Sherman I sure am glad to see one here.

Only thing is that I went when it was busy and didn't take the time to really look around or even notice anything. It was a quick drive thru and go. But food was spot on and delicious.
I wish they had a crew of people that knew how to understand plan English and could fill an order correctly, this is not rocket science just listen and do your job properly. I’m done with the Sherman DQ

I was quoted 15 minutes. Got there and paid, they gave me my drinks and ice cream (4 of them) and told me they would have the food right out. Waited another 20 minutes after my quoted time until all the ice cream was melted before I went back to the drive thru. The girl (who took my order, said she would bring it out, and looked at me waiting several times) didn't even come over. I had to honk 3X before she finally came over. I demanded a refund, to which she replied, "No one ever brought you your food?" She went and got someone else and did not explain the situation. He(his name started with "D'") came over and I explained it all. I heard him say, "Hey did that just get done or has it been sitting there?" He came back over and said he had to make a call. Then proceeded to refund me. He informed me that my refund would be $0.08 off, and I told him it was fine because I had an angry baby at this point. Never apologized, didn't try to make the situation right. Just took the drinks and ice cream back. That was 2 days ago. I'm still waiting on a refund.
