Had not been there in a long time because it was so mediocre. A friend advised they had changed management. We gave it another try and everything was wonderful. Leadership makes a big difference.
I normally love Chinese buffets. Like other reviewers have stated, this one leaves a lot to be desired. Some food was good, and other standard staples were bad. Soups, honey chicken, fried chicken (skewers and wings) and pork egg roll were good. Spring Rolls were undercooked with cold soggy center. Great food, service, and atmosphere. The food was delicious and not salty. I was amazed at the selection of fish. I could not resist the butterflied shrimp and the mayonnaise shrimp with pineapple. I was amazed at the crawfish!! I also had what looked like poached fish. It also was delicious. The Mongolian grill looked good. I couldn’t believe there were five flavors of gelatin. It all looked delicious!
