“I honestly can’t say enough great things about this place. Small mom and pop place with some of the best tacos I’ve ever had, I eat here at least 3 times a month. We have done done in (pre-COVID), delivery and take out. Today though, I had a very specific craving and not an item on their menu. Essentially I wanted a taco bowl, rice, chicken, cheese, tomato and avocado with a side of salsa. They happily made it for me. When I got home a scarfed that thing down and still have plenty for lunch tomorrow. Fuego“

She even had a quick friendly conversation. We left with a smile on our faces and were happy we chose this Jack-n-the-box. “I like Jack in the box for the variety and 24 hr breakfast...but, the employees work hard and aren't happy...for whatever the reason it seems to occur at each location...take care of the ones that represent your establishment...they will want to take care of you...and some places have 1 person besides the cook...give them incentave for that shift...“

However, I couldn’t get it due to not having the app. Jay fixed me up though! I got a free margarita, carnival ‘Taco Cabana’ cup and a cookie brownie. “The war pig taco was the star of the show tonight. We also enjoyed the brisket taco! We felt the crispy chicken lacked something as a taco but we'd eat that fried chicken by itself all day long. Definitely kid approved. The pork belly was a little too fatty for me but it had a great flavor. We will pass on the corn and queso next time.“
“I have been to PicTac many times and have never had an unpleasant experience. The food is phenomenal - I especially recommend any carnitas dish. The beer is cold, and the service is fantastico! It has such an inviting atmosphere where I don't feel like a customer. I feel like an honored guest - a cherished friend visiting for dinner. The owner is a very personable fella who gladly shares his culture. Come for the food (esp. the pig), stay for the company.“

“The drive-thru used to take forever especially at night when I was just getting off work or after a visit to the casino. But I was rather impressed this last time I went. They took my order and had my food out quickly. And I got everything I ordered, no mistakes! I guess the same goes for all the others ahead of me in line as well.“
“Theres only one person working and every order is made to order so be prepared to wait if there's someone ahead of you. I ordered and PAID for a steak burrito but got ground beef instead (didn't know til I was already home, which sucks) so I can't speak on the steak but the ground beef burrito was ok. The flavor is your basic taco seasoning and all the fixings inside were decent (guac, Pico, sour cream, onion, cilantro, pinto beans and rice). The sauces both red and green were lacking in spice. Like zero spice but it had notes of garlic. All in all, I'd probably come back and try it again but just make sure I get the correct order.“
