The lady who works here is extremely courteous, prompt and professional. We live close to KFC and really enjoy the famous bowls and smash bowls. She makes each drive-thru experience pleasant.

The kid that helped me was very unprofessional and acted like he was put out with helping me with my order by sighing and rolling his eyes. It was still early in the evening, around 6 pm. I ordered 2 8pc bucket meals. 1 regular and 1 extra crispy. I apologize for putting him out with my order. I figured since he worked there, he would be able to do his job. As this is the closest kfc to me, we always come to this one with this same order, and it's the first time I've ever felt like I was a burden customer.
