They recently moved employees around from this location to the walmart location. Just went to this one and they charged me for the wrong subs. Last time they were out of olives and cucumbers. I was possibly overcharged this time and I should have said yes to the receipt but I didn't want to cause a scene with the young kids working and was about to walk out and tell them just forget it. Go to the Walmart location, it's much better. The girls there know what they're doing.

My husband and I frequently eat subway. The last time he went they mocked the name we put down, which was his and my name. 'Cindy or Eric'. I changed it so that they wouldn't do that this time, and sent him to pick up our order.Tonight, he sat in the drivethru and nobody ever came to the window. He just watched as they served people that came inside while they continuously ignored him. The guy inside claimed that he had to make more tuna. As he was inside, an online order chimed. The girl inside sighed and said "why do they have to order online? Just come inside that's so lazy"... my husband was furious.There was no manager to speak with.

Very clean perfectly lit as usual (I'm legally blind); I don't know if navy notice but Subway is the best lit and color coordinated public lunching venue I've encountered since my impairment.I also want to take a moment to speak about Meagan her crew (every one of them) ; they all were so polite, attentive, operated team smooth like a well greased machine and could make a DAMN GOOD SANDWICH...... witch takes a bit of attendance to people beyond "Need"God's PeedDouglas Miller

40 min wait. So I placed my order 10 mins before I got there online and paid. I pulled in the pick up window and was the 2nd car in line. I waited for 15 minutes before going inside in which I was a little crowded but I asked about my order which was then placed 30 minutes ago. They said they had been busy and hadn’t gotten to it. I watched 5 people’s order be made before mine while they placed their orders as they went. I just don’t understand why I’m ORDERING AHEAD if you’re just going to make me wait until you feel like it to make it, not in the order the orders came In. Anyways after a little over 40 minutes I walked out with my sandwhich. Nothing else just a sandwhich. I asked about cancelling my order before it was made and before he even responded to me he started talking to someone else about their sandwhich.

management and ownership of this store is just sad. How the heck do you let your store, a place for making it's own bread, run out of bread. And what kinda of subway let's the toaster break. If I was the owner, I would rethink the manager on staff.Not only that but the staff put my food order on hold while they continued their conversation. (OMG someone showed up at my place of work to order food...)Then the employee said people are going to be mad...the other followed up with, "..so what, they can go to Lumberton the ."Made me wanna walk out of there and go to firehouse subs.

They were so much fun! They were hustling to get the lunch crowd but were joking with all of us the whole time. They are fresh slicing their meats now - so much better! Worth giving them another try.

The staff acted put out that I showed up to order food. Took 9 minutes to finish their conversation and acknowledge me, mind you I was the only one in the store, then after walking the 10 steps to take my order finally asked me" What do you want ".Really don't think I'll be back

came here to learn how to solve a rubik's cube, only thing homie could say was "match the colors." then after the interaction replied with "i'm gonna work at firehouse subs and send subway a selfie" honestly convinced me to go to firehouse, maybe it'll be a better environment to learn the rubik's cube.

The lady that fixed my meal was Debbie and I had tuna I asked for salt and pepper it was so salty all she can say was nothing I can do about that ! She was the one sprinkling the salt. I did not get a new sandwich I was told she will tell her manager!
