I ordered 3 full meals from this place a they butchered all of them in some way. I ordered 3 tacos meat and cheese only. All three of my tacos have less than a table spoon of meeat in them and its not even all the way in the taco shell. Yall need to do better up therw. I get its a start off job that kids are getting experience working but come on seriously?

Do not go to the silsbee location at all. For one, they always mess up my order by either getting my order wrong or just not including stuff that i ordered.Next problem, you have a 25% chance that they are out of almost anything.The prices are also sky high.Avoid this place like the plague. Go to the Lumberton one if you want Taco Bell.

Friendly workers in the drive thru. I wish they would still make me a double decker Supreme like all the rest do, and charge extra for tortilla and beans, but they are a newer location and can't be faulted for their lack of knowledge on it.Aside from that, as long as they have the ingredients, super great place to eat. Just be careful pulling out, I'm always hitting the curb trying to maneuver getting out at that angle.

The lady running the drive thru was so rude on December 31st that I drove to the Lumberton location because I did not feel comfortable having her handle my food. I’m in Customer service myself and the way she talked to a customer was absolutely ridiculous. No wonder this place has 3 stars. Lumberton location is great though

I just wanted to brag on the Silsbee Taco Bell, because when they first opened and really for the first yr almost, people gave them hell every day saying either the food wasn't up to what they considered to be the Taco Bell standard or that they always messed their orders up, etc etc. But I used to work at Taco Bell (Lumberton)and I can tell you, that just from getting a new Mgr who knows how to run a restaurant and train the employees correctly to personally talking to the people when they came through to eat, Paige is exactly what the Silsbee taco bell needed to turn it around for them. I used to always pass Silsbee up and just go on to Lumberton to get food because of how Silsbee could be, Now I happily stop in Silsbee, because I know I'm gonna get good food and good service.Vegetarian options: Taco Bell offers so much that can be vegetarian. Nearly everything they offer , if it has meat...could be removed for u.
No one was behind the counter when we entered the restaurant. Took awhile for them to come out from the back. There was no ice for drinks and when I asked they said drink was cold. It wasn’t they expected us to drink hot drinks.

the mf cinnamon twists were ass. I haven't had someone make such horrendous dessert. On top of that the lady at the front was rude while i was ordering. The atmosphere of the building was also nasty since it smelled like something died in there. The cinnamon twists sucked and my cheesy roll up wasn't melted all the way. Do better or hire me to make your cinnamon twists
