We went through the drive-through. We were headed back to Louisiana. This was our first time eating Whataburger. The lady that took our order was pleasant. We did have a little mix-up while ordering, but we resolved it. When we approached the window to get our food, I checked the bags (like I always do when ever passing through a drive thru). Placed a in app order. Waited at the #1 spot for over 20 minutes overall wait time almost 30 minutes. Half my lunch wasted on waiting. When the app said to pickup your order in 15 minutes and it takes me 10 to get there.

When do you guys get your shipments? You guys have been out of salads for almost a month. Drive through girl rude as ever. Cant get a salad. Cant get a dr pepper shake.
