Online order was done incorrectly, and employees did not make it right. They called the manager, who said to come in the following day to discuss this. Receipt showed how I ordered it, but the employees continued to argue, while the manager was still on the phone. Poor management, and incompetent employees. I refuse to ever use this location AGAIN! Worst experience ever!

I decided to go to subway today and try the newly added churro it looked amazing on the ad. I called in my order and the person was rude and skanky. I picked it up and decided to try it in my car. It had a HORRIBLE taste it tasted like wet cardboard. The sugar and cinnamon helped out a tad bit but not for long, when I got home I had a horrible rumble in my stomach I go to the restroom and I was in there forever I think I may have a scar down there from all of that trauma. I will never be getting that churro ever again.

The 2 sandwiches i bought tonight cost alittle over 20 dollars. They were the worse sandwiches i have ever bought at subway and i have bought alot. From now on i will buy stuff at HEB and make my own sandwiches. No one said thank you , come again or anything. Poor poor customer service. BTW, i had to tell the kid to put more roast beef on the one sandwich.
