Not sure what Ms. Jennifer Hayes is talking about. Gonzales Snowcones stand has always given their customers immediate customer service. If they are closed for the day, they WILL make sure to let everyone know on their social media platforms ahead of time. They have always treated my family and I with respect and we have always felt welcomed. 10/10 recommend Gonzales Snowcones stand!!??

An amazing treat. I am constantly drawn to the flavors, taste and refreshing treats. By far the best snow-cone place ever!! The owner absolutely amazing.
