5 ***** OMG the special today was Amazing...how ever do they make any money selling such good food for so little? Easily a $30 meal ANYWHERE in Austin...and I would have paid that for it!

Very hard to single out one meal that exceeds expectations because they all do. You have to give 'em a try. Bistro 71 is located inside Smithville Regional Hospital and has by far the best food in the area.

Best Lunch in Smithville! Yes it is in the hospital! But it is certainly not hospital food. Chef John always puts out a good special every day.

I had a patient call the Clinic and tell me how wonderful the food was in the hospital. She said Cameron came by and visited, got her likes and dislikes. She said the food was excellent. Said she didn't want to be in the hospital but the great food helped. I told her she can go to Bistro 71 for lunch and didn't have to be a patient. She thought that was great and you will have a new customer
