Chicken was EXTREMELY old. Likely had been under the heat lamp for hours. Both me and my wife are very sick after eating from here yesterday. Looks like I'll have to listen to the other one star reviews next time. Be careful coming to this location.

took forever to get out food an it only had 1 group of people in the place, many tables were dirty, an stuff on the floor around other tables, we ate there an never seen anyone cleaning anything to make the place look clean, there were a lot of water spots on the ceiling tiles to top it off there was Black Mold Growing in the one area that had been wet so we did not even know if it was safe to stay inside an eat. it was our 1st time there an will be our last,,, not sure where the building inspector is doing his job with Black Mold Growing on the Ceiling Tiles,,,we were there 3/2/24 for lunch

Worse KFC anywhere, chicken was over cooked, looks like it had been sitting under a warmer for hours. The employees were cussing at each other, the one guy working one pop machine with the employee behind the counter..

Asked for the famous bowl….. this don’t look too famous to me! The famous bowl I recall has popcorn chicken and actual mashed potato….. this looks like they tried to poison me with gravy! Overall terrible ?
They give us really old chicken, i don't how many times they cooked that chicken, i ask them even the manager Woman to change our chicken but she doesn't want..really terrible foods, i just gave that chicken to my cat..bad experience in this KCF, never come there anymore.

I am no newcomer to Kentucky Fried Chicken. I am quite disappointed with the four piece dinner this evening. Three of the four pieces were not fresh as in warm and dry. There was an old oil flavor to the chicken. I ordered the original recipe and I know KFC iis pressure fried, there was a hint of bitterness. SO, does this mean I will never eat KFC again....no. But i am quite disppointed expecting a KFC quality product.

This has got to be the worst KFC location, and definitely the worst place to get food on the island. Customers are never acknowledged. You will stand there while workers walk by you repeatedly and act like they don’t even see you. The service is incredibly slow. The employees do not seem to care about taking care of their customers
