I would give zero stars if I could! Took them 30 min to make 2 drinks, both of which tasted like plastic! I won’t be going back!

I ordered a spicy bulgogi bowl and a teriyaki chicken bowl. The meat was okay, but everything else about the bowls was sub-par. The steamed vegetables were cold by the time they came to the table. The rice in the bulgogi bowl was crunchy and had cold vegetables. The only items that were good were the boba tea and the bulgogi fries. For what I paid for the full meal for myself and my fiance, the experience was not worth it. I wouldn't recommend for anything else except the boba and side dishes.

Food was okay, wish we had legit Korean Fried Chicken in this area but I guess this will do. It's more American fried chicken with Asian flavors.I was shocked to see the Small combo was $11.99 with Chicken, fries, and a boba.When you order on the kiosk you don't get the combo option.So I paid $15.50 for 6pc Chicken & Fries.Pretty deceiving, you should let your customers at the kiosk know that with a note, especially when your workers are all in the kitchen. There was no one up front to check us out.

The owners are friendly and the space is nice and open. However the food needs a bit of improvement. We got the bulgogi bowl and fried chicken for our meal. The chicken was good, nice and seasoned but could use a little more sauce or flavor. The bulgogi bowl however needs some improvement. Flavor and overall quality falls short of other bulgogi dishes in the north Texas area. The boba was also just ok. I have full confidence that this place has potential to improve, but as right now, it's right in the middle for us.

I thought the food was bland it had no flavor. I got the popcorn chicken and the portion was small.
FINALLY an amazing KFC (Korean fried chicken) place near me!!! We used to make the drive to Dallas or Carrollton, but Boba Chicken beats out what we thought were our KFC wing favorites out there: great breading, generous sauce, SO GOOD. (It’s Tuesday and I’m skipping b-dubs good).

Boba Chicken has a great atmosphere and really delicious boba! We also tried the fried cheese and it was delicious with the honey mustard. It is a 10/10 recommend for me! Also the manager/owner was so sweet and hospitable! I will definitely be returning to try more! :

Very clean restaurant and prompt service. The chicken was well seasoned and cooked, but I feel the sauces could have more flavor. We got a few options and they all were a bit bland. The Spicy BBQ also needed some more heat.Overall there are some very solid options here, but Asian inspired chicken is a huge trend these days so the competition is stiff.

Very relaxing environment. We had popcorn chicken, wings, and boba tea. They were all good and delicious!! They even had board games available for kids to play!! Definitely gonna comeback with family some time.
