Very disappointing visit on Sunday after church. The food (Ravioli with meat sauce) was a small quantity for the price. And the Ravioli was sitting in a puddle of water. It appeared that the water had not been fully drained from the pasta before they threw the sauce (with a little meat) on top. Even worse was the Minestrone soup. There was no sign of any pasta, few veggies, just a bowl with chunks of tomato that tasted like they were straight from a can. The tomato had a metallic taste, we couldn't eat it, tried just a few bites and at home ended up having to take Pepto Bismol. And why is it that every time we come on a Sunday, the only soup choice is Minestrone. Maybe try varying the soup choice a bit? Our waiter Rudy disappeared for long periods of time. The pasta took a long, long time to come out and Rudy never stopped by to tell us of any delays. Luckily his coworker at from the next table and stepped up to help us when we needed. The atmosphere is good, therefore two stars and not one star.

The Chicken Carbonara is the best one I have ever had. The Lasagna is also the best I have ever had!

Our last two visits to this establishment have been outstanding. We have been served by Rosie, who completely changed our minds about the service, and Chris. Both are attentive and make great suggestions. The food is worth the visit. Last weekend there were 10 in our party, and we were all very pleased with the food, the timely manner it was served, and the service. There is no better eggplant parmesan in the DFW area.

We came here for my birthday celebration. For starters let me just say that I had called two months prior to book the Pope's table for accommodate my family on this particular date. I called a couple of days beforehand to confirm and the manager Chris informed me that the table had already been booked. To not make this the longest review known to man, let's just say Chris made it right. We all got to sit at the Pope's table so I was grateful. Upon arrival we were seated promptly and the manager Chris introduced himself and let us know that if there was anything we needed to let him know. Our waitress was very kind and accommodating. We got a couple of appetizers like the Bruschetta and the trio that comes with shrimp, fried mozzarella, and fried calamari. The Bruschetta was very tasty and so was the fried Mozzarella with the spicy marinara sauce. We were observing lent Friday so we were not able to indulge in any meat choices. We ordered the Margherita pizza and the cheese manicotti. I was not thrilled about the manicotti, I felt it lacked a lot of flavor. The Margherita pizza was pretty good. My children ordered a pepperoni pizza and they enjoyed it. The portions of food were large and good for sharing. We ordered the Colossal Brownie Sundae to end the night. The sundae came out with a lit candelabra and some sparklers, the waiters did their birthday song and I got to enjoy the best dessert ever. This restaurant is very cute and aesthetically pleasing with all the decor, and themed rooms. Ultimately Everyone enjoyed their food and left very satisfied. I do need to come back and try their spaghetti and meatballs.

Love this place. I have had my daughters bday, graduation, and my sons bday here. Great service, great food, great coupons. Rudy was our waiter this last visit, his service was top notch! We will continue to keep coming back.

Food was pretty good, but the service was kinda slow. In all fairness, we did have a large group. But the worse was the condition of the restaurant. The seat in our booth took you butt straight to the springs and there were just lots of small things that needed cleaning and attention. Bar staff was great.

We met family and had a great time. I swear we were the only customers. It was great! We had the apple salad and baked ziti. Everyone got a doggie bag, too! Italian is always better the day after.

We had a 1:30 reservation on Easter. I made the reservation as I knew it would be a busy day at a restaurant and my 70 year old mom wouldn't be able to wait long. However, we still had to wait for 35 min to be seated. In this case, what is the point in making a reservation? Our service left much to be desired as well. Drinks were not refilled without asking, dirty dishes piled up on table, and the napkin was the size and thickness of a Kleenex tissue. Our food was decent, but overall not sure that we would return.

Made a reservation for 1pm on Easter Sunday, and I understand that Easter is a busy day, but even with a 1pm reservation our table was not ready until 1:40pm. Service was a little slow, which was expected, but the server brought out a small portion of one of the family style dishes when we ordered a large. We asked for the rest of the large portion we did not receive, but it did not come out until when everyone was finishing up their meal. When the check came, I was charged for a large and a small portion of the large dish we ordered when we sat down. I expect slower service during a holiday, but a 40-minute wait for a table with a reservation was ridiculous.

Basically a good experience. Wait staff was excellent. She's a true asset. Food was good and we enjoyed ourselves. Only negative was - crappy napkins! It may sound pretty picky but Italian food is messy- sauces everywhere- and the napkins were paper thin and tiny. We've eaten there before and I know this isn't the norm but on a huge day for business, Easter Sunday, someone should have gone somewhere and bought some decent napkins.

Food is served in huge portions to share, which seems kind of odd based on the recent COVID issues. Didn't even try the food. Then you have a Popes head staring at you the entire time. Very bizarre place. Definitely a one time visit. Highly disappointed.

Took the grandkids to this family restaurant. Everything was good. Just chilly when we got there, but waitress recognized it and immediately had them adjust it. Great service.
