Wow! Just went for my first time and the employees were SO nice and kind! They truly made you feel so welcome! I got 2 trio’s so I could try everything I wanted to and they explained each thing I got as well as gave me extra crackers! Everything I got tasted so fresh and delish that I went back thru the line to get a Lemon Basil BLT! Highly recommend this place!

Meh, just ok. I don't have anything real bad to say, but nothing great either. I ordered the Classic Carol on a Croissant and a side of Macaroni & Cheese. It was all middle of the road. Our service at the counter was decent, but once again, nothing more than adequate. The ambiance is classic southern tea room style. That is what Chicken Salad Chick has done is found a way to franchise the average and mundane and get people excited over it.

Good, consistent food with several chicken salad options. The tea tastes fresh and the restaurant is very clean. When someone leaves the staff rushes over to clean the tables and that makes for a nice atmosphere. I like the Fancy Nancy and the Classic Carol. I tried the mac n cheese and the cheese sauce consistency was grainy and I didn't like it at all. I'm not going to knock off a star because of that though.
Annie was awesome. Food was OK, the bread had a weird texture, even though it was toasted. Very good pimento cheese.

This was my first time trying Chicken Salad Chick and it was SO good! I’d heard friends recommend it and finally decided to give it a try. Funny enough, I went on Guest Appreciation Day and received an extra scoop of chicken salad! I had this while I was recovering from wisdom tooth surgery and the chicken salad was so smooth and creamy! I loved the Classic Chick and the baked potato soup!
