Was not impressed at all. Food in the pans were dry old like they had been there for some time. Nothing was fresh. This was very disappointing since I was really looking forward to trying their chicken al pastor. Well, I got the scraps. No veggies were added only because they were all dry and caked to the pan. Never again. For the money charged, we could have gone to a better place.

Chipotle had decent service during the lunch rush. I did not like the barbacoa quesadilla. They only allow you the meat plus cheese while being cooked and then three sides. I felt that the barbacoa was over-seasoned which made it not very enjoyable.

Food is decent. Staff was rude. On the kids plate, my son asked for double chips as his two sides. He was told he was only allowed to get one side of chips. And there were maybe five in the bag. Lol. We ended up ordering a large chips and salsa which is laughable to be called large. The salsa was maybe 2 tablespoons, and when my husband asked if they could, please fill the cup all the way up since it was so small he got rude looks. Needless to say, we won’t be coming back.

I love these place but the staff seems to be very rude plus I order steak on my order I got lest steak then the person behind me, I ask for extra steak and they gave me have order is just disappointing when I paid for extra not coming back to this

I came in and got a bowl and a burrito tonight and the young guy working was super nice and friendly even during the rush! I think his name was Blake or Blaze, but he needs a raise!! The place was so clean and he was doing such a wonderful job with the rush!
PRICE INCREASE 13%.This place raised the price of a chicken bowl from 8.88 last week to 10.01 this week.WOW. I may need to rethink my lunch strategy.

love you sm chipotle you have to be my fav but come on whole order messed up!!!!!! waited 10 minutes after my pick up time to get home to a whole different meal. At first thought i messed up but checked the name and what i ordered!!!! i just don't get how this happens. also the one on southlake blvd has one of the meanest workers ever. Her co worker said she liked my out fit and THIS LADY YELLED AT HER TO DO SMTH IMPORTANT BEFORE I COULD ANSWER. also this lady another time told me to hurry up ordering and asked me to pay for someone when there card declined ?
