This place used to be my go to but unfortunately I will no longer be coming. Yesterday, I placed an online order and it took 50 mins for it to be ready. They apologized and blamed it on new staff and offered to refund my card. Today, I also arrived to my order not being ready. Keep in mine, this is one singular smoothie. The food is good but it takes over half my lunch break and my card has still yet to be reimbursed :(

Something has definitely changed. I placed my order online. I put in a note that I have a severe allergy to gluten. When I went to the drive thru to pick up my salad it was sitting out on the counter, receipt’s were blowing in the air and the lady picked up a bag off the floor to put my salad in. That is not good.When I asked if they saw my note about the gluten allergy since the receipt was not on my salad she said they keep gluten ingredients separate from the other food. If I remember correctly the past workers always made my salad separate to keep from cross contamination.When I opened my salad at home the dressing looks different and doesn’t taste like normal as well as the part of avacodo they gave me was hard as a rock and still had the stem in it. I don’t even trust to eat it.I have bought so many salads at this location for me and my employees. Today was my last visit.

I wasn’t allowed to pickup my food earlier because the pickup time was set for a specific time. I arrived on time and it still took 15 minutes before I could be served. I used the app. First and last time ever coming here.

Wow, this used to be my favorite place to get lunch for my team but something has changed! I ordered online, in advance (nearly 24 hours) and whoa, this place has become hyper disorganized. None of the to-go orders are ready, there appear to be plenty of team members but all of them are working on one salad and all attention is on walk-in customers as the line for to go orders gets longer and longer. Drive-thru is piled up as well. Door dashers are fighting. Customers are fighting. Insanity for something that used to take less than 5 minutes. This will be my last visit.
