Ordered cookies for a kids sleepover. The delivery was successful and the driver was very nice. One of the cookies was the wrong flavor (ended up with all chocolate), which was for a child that couldn’t eat chocolate. I called the store and spoke with Brianna. She was unpleasant and did not offer a replacement or a credit or even an apology. I even nicely asked for a replacement and she said they don’t do that. The kids that were able to eat the chocolate cookies, really enjoyed them. I just wish there was better customerservice. If a cookie flavor runs out and needs to be replaced, my suggestion would be to replace with another flavor instead of sending all the same flavor. Also, would be great if you could leave comments when providing feedback in the app (only allows you to select ratings).

I order the 6 pack minis. One was wrong, one was so undercooked it fell apart as I tried to pick it up. Upon further cookie inspection, two other cookies were still raw.
