This location has such unfriendly workers. I’ve been a few times and never been impressed by the staff but this last visit I made will be the last time I come to this location. When I walked in to pick up my order the people in the back just stared at me for a minute before anyone came out to help me. Then a rude lady came to give me my pick up order. Not friendly and acted annoyed I was there. I will not be returning. Food has been better at other locations as well.

I ordered some fuzzys via uber eats. Everything was fine and dandy until i almost broke my molar! I took another bite of my ALMOST FINISHED BURRITO to find a bolt/screw? fly out of my mouth and onto the floor. My coworker even heard as i chomped down and thought it was my tooth maybe, luckily it wasn't. To our surprise it was a pretty big piece of hardware. Would not recommend the brisket burrito at the very least seeing as it comes with mystery items.

Had a great time! I love Mexican food! My favorite are the chicken nachos! ? Big portion too! I had never had Fuzzy’s before…happy that I finally did! They’ve seen me at least twice!??Thanks guys!??❤️??

I don't enjoy giving a negative review on a small, local business but in this case it's justified. I decided to try Fuzzy's on Southlake Blvd in Southlake and ordered a simple breakfast burrito. I took one bite. It is absolutely vile. It tastes rancid and as soon as I'm finished with this review I am throwing out the burrito and my drink. It probably explains why there are only 2 people in the restaurant at lunchtime on a Wednesday. Sorry Fuzzy's. Try eating your own food once in a while.

We visited 9 on a Sunday morning with a small group of friends. The restaurant was empty. Everything was clean and appeared well stocked. The restaurant was freezing. Two of us went out to get coats.We placed our orders before selecting our seats. The lady was polite enough. She had a hard time understanding us. We assume this was a language barrier and not really her fault.We sat down and waited about 15 minutes for our food. We picked up our orders as each number was called.Each order was correct. It was thrown onto the plates but it's fast food. We didn't have huge expectations.Everything tastes great. I had breakfast while everyone else ordered different tacos. Everyone agreed the food was tasty. We made use of the hot sauce available at every table. Refills are self serve. That came in handy as wellIf you are looking for a solid step up on fast food tacos, I would definitely recommend you try them outVegetarian options: Bean and cheese tacos are good. The nachos are another option. There wasn't a clearly identifiable vegetarian menuWheelchair accessibility: There is an entrance large enough for chairs and scooters. There is wheelchair accessible seating.

Tried to order over the phone. I speak english and Spanish. Their employee obviously spoke mostly Spanish. I ordered in both languages. Several times. Took 10. minutes. For 3 tacos and 2 were the same. By the time I hung up we were there. They had the tacos on the wrong tortillas. I had specified flour/de harina at least 10 times. Frustration and suspecting she did it on purpose.

Fuzzys never disappoints. Food was great as always. I was sad they took away the Birria tacos ?. My only complaint with Fuzzy's is that every location is always very dirty. Everything is always sticky and dingy.

The lady taking orders during lunch is not very friendly and is on her phone while taking our order. It came out slightly wrong. She also continued to stare at her phone while half of the restaurant had dirty tables. Food is okay.

They forgot the brisket in the brisket burrito, only beans and rice. Asked for a margarita on the rocks, it came frozen. Pricy for what they messed up. Explains why it was empty when I went in.
