My Wife and I frequent beautiful restaurants like Kirby’s Steakhouse, but last night’s Kirby’s Steakhouse experience was phenomenal.From the front / reception with Astrid and her team to the appetizers / wine / main entrees / birthday dessert, facilitated by Korey, was an excellent evening.Korey’s knowledge, attention to detail, and astuteness to our questions was unbelievable. He undoubtedly knew all the menu items and articulated very clearly / carefully.The food preparation / presentation / taste resembled culinary artistry. The quality indisputably was exceptionally above anything I’ve tasted. The Kirby cocktail sauce was like none I’ve ever tasted, a unique blend of sweet and spicy ingredients.The Steak-n-Cake entree was unbelievable. The steak was very very tender, and could be cut with only a fork. I’ve never tasted a well done steak with a little crisp on the outside and very moist / soft on the inside. The lump crab cake and sauce was an awesome combination. This far surpassed any east coast entree I’ve ever consumed. Phenomenal!The potato chip crusted red fish, with the lump crab and spinach risotto was incredibly tasty and something my Wife has never experienced. very tasty and a proprietary product like no other.While the food was outstanding, it was enveloped with Korey’s outstanding / customer-first service efforts! Korey’s been doing this for quite some time, because he constantly surveyed our needs and showed up at the right moment with the right items, without any requests. It was as though he was a “mind” reader and could anticipate / met our needs.Astrid was an unbelievable coach / mentor / friend / support Leader like no one I’ve seen. She demonstrated exceptional Customer Care / Service, to be sure our experience was bar none the best!We’ll be back quickly / repetitively, as this is our “go to” restaurant for anything any time. I emphatically recommend you to give it a try and see if you experience the same experience we experienced!Phenomenal!!!

My birthday was mentioned as we checked in and by the waiter and a wonderful free dessert. Little things like that make a girl feel special. The white table cloth, candle lit ambiance was just what I wanted for this special birthday. The food was wonderful and huge portions.

It was our 36th wedding anniversary and we wanted a special place to celebrate. We couldn't have picked a better restaurant! It was elegant but the lighting was a little too dark for me. Our server, Armando S., was professional, polite, attentive and extremely knowledgeable. We selected a bottle of Vino dei Fratelli "Moscato d'Asti which was very smooth. We ordered a crab cake appetizer. It was very good. We chose the 7 ounce filets with asparagus and mashed potatoes for our entrees. Words cannot describe how delicious they tasted! The steak was cooked to perfection. They cut like butter and practically melted in our mouths. One of the best steaks I've ever eaten. When Armando learned it was our anniversary he brought us Crème Brulee to complete the meal. We highly recommend Kirby's.

The food and service at Kirby's is top notch. Any time I try a filet elsewhere, I compare it to Kirby's as my gold standard. They season it perfectly and cook it to temperature perfectly every time. No gimmicks or sauces needed. Just a perfect steak. Pair it with a huge selection of great whiskey selections and you have a winner. My wife's sea bass was also perfect. The sides are great and the bacon jalapeno Mac and cheese is a must. We'll be back soon!

In all the years we've lived here, we don't know why we've never gone to Kirby's. We were deciding on a place for my parents' anniversary dinner and someone recommended it. So we decided to try it for something different. So glad we did! Everything was great from the service to the food. Everyone in our party of 12 enjoyed it. We'll be back!

We went for Easter Brunch. Added some people late and reservation was changed from 3 to 8 people but we were pleasantly accommodated. Food and service was excellent as always which is why we keep going back.

Great family dinner! Food and service were very good. One steak came out undercooked (I think they mixed up who ordered what temp) but they fixed it. It took a little longer than I would have liked as everyone else was almost done eating. I would suggest having everyone cut into steaks like most restaurants do. Instead we waited several minutes for someone to come back after we were served. Dessert and a card were given to a family member celebrating a birthday which was very much appreciated. We will definitely be back.

Our server Matthew was patient, knowledgeable, and went out of his way to render excellent customer service to our entire party of 9 celebrating a very close childhood friend's birthday. First time there.
We celebrated a birthday for my cousin and from the time Matthew (waiter) welcomed us to the time we left well after closing, this was one of THE best dining experiences we've ever had. Even though the sea bass was a little lukewarm when they brought it out, we were immediately accommodated with a fresh replacement that tasted even better. We ❤️ Kirby's and the excellent staff who did everything to make our evening a memorable one. Thank you all!
A great restaurant, great food, great wine and great waiter. The only thing we were disappointed in we were celebrating an anniversary and when it came time for a dessert, we told him we did not want dessert. We were ready to leave so he brought us out a plate that said happy anniversary with a dessert on it which we thought was very nice and we thought it was complementary since we had told him we did not want a dessert but when we got the bill we were charged $12 for that dessert so just be aware.

We had a lovely anniversary dinner at Kirby's. The restaurant was pleasantly busy and our server was very attentive. I like that the salad is included in the price of the entree (a rare occurrence at a steakhouse these days!) The steaks were cooked perfectly and were delicious, and the au gratin potatoes were amazing (be sure to share with at least one other diner). The creme brulee was a perfect end to the meal. The anniversary card and photo were a nice touch. We would highly recommend for either a night out or a special occasion dinner!

However, we decided to try out Kirby's for the first time. OUTSTANDING! The food was very good. It's what you'd expect to pay for a good steakhouse so the price's were not surprising. Erin was our server and gave us the best service we ever received at any restaurant. By far the greatest first experience we've had. We will be back and request her every visit.
