I have ordered from here several times. Crazy enough I have noticed when I tip my smoothie or Bowl is perfect. If I elect not to tip, my bowl is completely liquidy and barely any fruit in The bowl. No one is personally serving me. They are making a smoothie I ordered. I hate that I’m feeling like I have to spend even more money to get quality. It’s already $13! I would love to post a picture of my bowl today, but I’m not seeing the option

We took plain orange juice, but they gave us the juice with the oranges not peeled. We saw that they put the whole orange into the juicer without removing the peel and that gave the orange juice an different taste ( more sour). We wouldn't go there again.

It seems that my order is always wrong. This time around, I paid extra to have chia pudding added to my bowl. When I picked up my order I saw a container in the bag, as I was walking out, I turned around and asked what was in the container. I was told it was chia pudding. He went on to explain that they forgot to add it and there wasn't room so they just gave me a small container. First, I guess they were not going to say anything about the mistake. Second, I actually want it inside the bowl like I ordered and if there was no room for them to add it, there is no room for me to add it. I was most bothered by the fact that they didn't seem to care and made me feel like I was in the wrong for even saying anything. I am giving an extra star because the food is really good here. It's a shame that the service time and attention to details are lacking way too often. I will continue to limit my visits for the days that I have extra time and patience.

Conveniently ordered online via Nekter app. Easy and quick. My order was ready ahead of schedule, so no extra wait. Acai Superfood bowl with added chia pudding is my go-to and it never disappoints. Fresh products and great flavor!
